The first step was sending my CV and Cover Letter. The second step doing an online test, the third step was an interview with Human Resources to understand if I was a suitable candidate, the fourth step an interview with the Manager, and the final step to send the documentation required.

Wasted a whole day at their office in an interview session with others whilst supposed 'human behaviour' experts had a farce of a day checking out a group of applicants skills and how we interacted in this setting, to filter out the best type of recruiter to move forward. Obviously not I or a couple others made it but it begs the question why not when the greedy 'fast-streamer' misunderstood what I said and was part of my miniscule feedback of why not successful. Once again, contributing to the 90% untrustworthy industry in the UK.
Not clear passages. Did not understand well my task and what I am supposed to do. Kind people overall. Recevived the phone call during the national holiday time so I was not at home and pretended to do everything fast
