The 3rd round is interesting- you can tell the culture of overwork...Apparently, they have a morning shift and a night shift, which sounds inhumane to me. When I was there, staff seemed to be burned out. They failed you without giving any specific feedback. Operation = doing experiment only without critical thinking.
