Phone interview first, personality test next and then technic test. The personality test is the 16 personality test which you can find online. The technic test is required to be finished in 90 minutes and it is not hard.

Applied via AngelList, the process took more than 2 weeks. Through those two weeks, I was first phone screened followed by a timed homework assignment, then a first round of interviews which featured an accounting scenario simulation, followed by a second round of interviews, followed by a personality test... surprised I did not have to give a blood sample. I was also asked to come in again for another round of interviews, however it was never scheduled and I was eventually rejected.
