My interview process consisted of two steps. First a phone call with HR and then a formal virtual interview with two managers. The interview was fun yet challenging. They really focus on you as a person and on what your thinking process and abilities can bring to the company. They try to create a friendly environment that doesn't make the interview feel so intimidating and robotic. The hardest part was the tests during the interview that focused on my attention to detail and listening skills. Overall, the process was very fun and informative and I was able to learn a lot.

I received detailed instructions for the interview process prior to the scheduled date. The Zoom interview went well with adequate time for questions and to discuss company mission and culture.
