First round was a screening call that asked about your experiences in software development in your own applicable context, and if shortlisted for interview, HR will reach out to you again and arrange for a physical in-person interview. During the physical interview, the interviewers were extremely friendly and nice to answer any questions I had about the role and the company structure/projects.

Pregunta 1
Showed snippets of codes and asked me to describe to them what it does, as well as if they were to change it to meet another requirement/do something else, how would I implement it?
Code was not done on IDE but an online compiler instead.
90 minute HackerEarth assessment features 10 MCQs spanning C++, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, and Linux, followed by two C++ coding challenges.
After that another interview with tech lead would had taken place.

I did not get past the first HR interview but the process was:
1. Screening call with HR to discuss conditions and schedule interview.
2. 45 minute interview with HR and one of the Engineering Managers
