A few telephone calls to check language skills. Then an online interview mostly talking about different areas of expertise concerning the role in my case DevOps Engineering. Overall it was not that difficult or scary.

Rather easy questions, live coding part was simple, the recruiters were, not really enthusiastic so to speak, but they weren’t mean. I rate this part as rather stressful but not terrible

first part was on-line assessment of C++ - 20 multiple choice questions regarding for example friend classes and 2 short programming problems and the second was an interview on ms teams with team manager
