The application process was straightforward and user-friendly. I applied through Nokia’s career portal, and within two weeks, I received an email from HR to schedule an initial phone screening.
The technical interview was conducted via a video call. This round lasted about an hour and included questions related to my field of expertise. The interviewer tested my problem-solving skills with a few practical scenarios. They were knowledgeable and provided hints when I got stuck, which I appreciated.

Can you explain the time and space complexity of your favorite sorting algorithm?
90 minute HackerEarth assessment features 10 MCQs spanning C++, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, and Linux, followed by two C++ coding challenges.
After that another interview with tech lead would had taken place.

I did not get past the first HR interview but the process was:
1. Screening call with HR to discuss conditions and schedule interview.
2. 45 minute interview with HR and one of the Engineering Managers
