The first stage was a quick call from HR, mostly generic questions (why do you want to work at Nokia, what's your experience, what's your major), including part of it being in English. Then the technical interview with the Team Leader that took about 45 minutes

Entrevista
I have fond memories of the job interview. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Apart from assessing soft skills, the focus was primarily on technical skills. There was a brief conversation in English and two quick algorithmic tasks.
1. 90 min test with closed questions and few task about programming
2. 60 min interview with the manager about soft skills. He also test my English skills.
