      The process began for me with an initial screening, where my resume and cover letter were meticulously evaluated to highlight my experience and skills pertinent to the position I had applied for at Nokia. Following this, I was thrilled to receive an invitation for a series of interviews, kicking off with a phone or video interview. This first interaction was conducted by the HR team, primarily aimed at assessing my cultural fit within the company and my communication skills, which I found to be a thoughtful approach to gauging a candidate's compatibility with the company's ethos. As I progressed, the next phase was more technically inclined, tailored specifically to the role I was vying for. I faced a blend of technical questions, problem-solving tasks, and case studies during these technical interviews. Conducted by senior members of the technical team or potential future colleagues, this stage was designed to delve deep into my technical expertise, analytical skills, and my capacity for innovation. It was an exhilarating challenge that allowed me to showcase my problem-solving abilities and my approach to technical hurdles. For roles like mine, requiring specific technical prowess, Nokia included practical assessments or hands-on projects. This allowed me to demonstrate my capabilities in a more tangible manner, through coding tasks, system design exercises, or project presentations. It was an opportunity to display how I approach and solve real-world problems, which I found to be a highly effective way of assessing a candidate's practical skills. The culmination of the interview process involved sessions with higher management or team leads. This final round was less about technicalities and more focused on leadership, strategic thinking, and my alignment with Nokia's future goals and values. It was an insightful dialogue about cultural fit, teamwork, and my potential for long-term growth within the company.

      They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.

      highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
