Applied for the software development role in the IP division. 2 rounds. First an online C coding challenge about inserting in a BST. Next round was an online in-depth technical interview. Topics: ARP, how a router works, hash functions & collisions, run time, Trees. They ask in details about the possible downsides of certain approaches.

through hackathon conducted national level , Scores were considered , depending on number of test cases getting passed , There were more than 3 problem statements , based on role we can choose the relevant problem statement
Nokia is very unprofessional in their interview process. They lie to their candidates about the work. Even the interns selected are not given the promised pay. The interviewer was very rude and unprofessional.
