Stage 1 includes a short assessment wherein our analytical and aptitude skills are tested. Selected candidates are then interviewed by the friendly Nokia team. Questions were mainly related to Computer coding and electronics, for example, to write a computer program in C++.
it is rather an interactive process, it covered not only questions and answers. It is more bidirectional that includes both questions on technical capability and conversations exchanging job expectations and understanding.
