I first worked as a subcontractor. Then applied for the job internally, was interviewed by my then current and future boss and went through a psychological test. The test was typical asking the same questions many times using different words. I got the result 'possible'.
Good and it had aptitude test, technical round, Manager round and HR round. It took couple of days for the result to be anounced . But the experience was good and I also learnt topics related to tech writing.
