I am writing this review due to the lack of professionalism by the recruiter. On the first scheduled call with the recruiter, they ghosted me without an apology. The same day, the recruiter followed up with another scheduled call and explained to me that I do not have enough years of experience even though I currently performing the exact same work elsewhere that is aligned with the Noblis job posting. The recruiter said they would follow up with me about more information but never did. It was obvious this recruiter was not prepared for the call. Don't waste applicants' time if you are not prepared.
