Initial interview HR, fairly structured and reasonable, told great fit, excellent experience and should expect an interview with hiring manager (expectation was to receive feedback same, or following day. Follow up 10 days later only to hear that my salary expectation was not in their range and they'd moved onto other candidates for further discussion. They don't negotiate by sounds of things or set expectations moving forward, I had to chase. Good interview experience, very poor experience following up, left me thinking good I hadn't progressed far beyond initial chat.
