I took two online tests, one a personality one and the other a Professional Learning Indicator. After those I had a phone screening where they asked basic situational questions.
The first interview was really unique. The job I was applying for was in digital marketing. I had to create a persona based on what I researched about one of their companies and by looking at the website. Then as the persona I had to navigate the website explaining where I looked, clicked, or skipped over. I had to explain what I would change and why.
They also asked some more questions trying to figure out if I would be a good fit for the company culture.
The final interview was with the CEO and Director of Print Media. The CEO started off explaining the company's core values and why they are important to the identity of the team. He then asked more situational questions pertaining to the core values. A lot of them were how I was able to use one of the core values to overcome a problem. We also went over my test scores from the beginning of the interview process.
Overall it was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and the position.

Entrevista
I applied for the position through LinkedIn and then several days later took a Professional Learning Indicator (PLI) Cognitive Ability Test along with a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. The next week I made arrangements for a phone interview to answer some more questions specific to certain workplace situations. Afterwards was my first on site interview with a consultant and another team member. The last interview was another on site meeting with the CEO and Director of Marketing where I learned more about the company and its core values.
