The interview process was well-structured and moved fairly quickly. It started with an initial screening call, followed by a technical interview focused on coding and problem-solving. Next was an onsite round that included deeper technical discussions and a culture fit conversation with the team. The final step was a meeting with the CEO. Overall, the process was thorough but professional and respectful of my time.
