I was interviewed by HR director and a future boss, only once in the headquarter. It was a kind of casual conversation, even tho only one interviewer kept talking and the other did not say even a word. After the interview no news for 3weeks, so I assumed I didn't pass it. Nevertheless after that I got a call saying that I passed. It took quite a while.
