First interview was a 15 minute video call. Interviewer mentioned that I was a top candidate during our conversation and said that I would be hearing from them about next steps the following week. It has been over 3 months and I never heard from them since our video call. Not even a generic rejection email. An update or some sort of response would have been nice, especially since they said I was a “top candidate.”
