Two step interview process that didn’t feel overly formal or uncomfortable, everyone was professional and kind, they really work as a caring team. They’ll want to get to know you in both a professional and personal sense.

The interview process was very smooth, both the hiring manager and the chief operating officer kept me in the loop about my employment status from beginning to end. I'll also add that it felt less like a formal interview and more like a personable conversation. I'm happy with how it went.
