I had an interview with a hiring manager. S/he got really hung up on a detailed technical question and totally missed the big picture. We had a total disconnect for some reason. S/he refused to listen to any of the relevant experience I had which so closely matched their product line. Interview was scheduled with very short notice - a warning sign of how they operate!!! I would not recommend this company to work for based on how I was treated as a candidate.
