Initially had been selected to interview on campus from a University Recruiting resume submission. Had a basic interview with a member of the University Recruiting team and took a standard 10 question probability/stats test. The test was pretty basic college statistics and I simply reviewed by looking over some of my 1000 level stats course materials. There were also two open ended case study/ problem solving questions. After that interview I was selected to do a final interview on site at their Chicago headquarters. I had lunch with a current analyst and then sat down for three interviews (each about 30 min) with a member of each of the three professional service teams (innovation, continuous, custom). All the questions were very standard behavioral questions (tell me a time when….). I returned home on a flight that afternoon and then heard from the company a couple weeks later.
