There was an initial interview in the beginning where they go over your resume and ask questions regarding your qualifications. If selected, there is a secondary interview that asks more questions regarding personality and what your views are if this is a temporary job or a permanent one.

I attended a job fair after work and had two interviews on the spot. I then had a third interview with the human resource manager and then a final phone interview with the supervisor.
