Recommend having a good answer to “tell me about yourself,” why you’re interested in the role, and have 5-6 anecdotes ready to explain how you can complex tasks, teamwork, dealing with customers, etc. They use the STAR format.

Initial application was online. Received an invite to interview after roughly three weeks. The first interview was Star format. Interview was virtual with three interviewers from different departments. Virtual interview was followed up with in person interview within a couple of weeks. The time to respond from application to first interview to second interview was very long. Company was responsive to inquiries.
