I met with 2 people, one of them was a senior engineer and the other was a team leader. The team leader, the person who will conduct the interview, arrived 15 minutes late. He could not listen to the "tell me about yourself" question because he arrived late. Even though I turned on the camera, they didn't. The interview lasted 50 minutes. They muted the microphone and did something in the background. It was a strange experience and one I've never experienced before.
