Very systematic and professional. Process is very transparent and HR keeps you informed about the entire process. Although there are 3 to 4 rounds of interview and is a very interesting process

There are two rounds of phone interview sessions. The first round was with Senior Manage discuss on overall PM methodology. While second round of phone interview was with R&D Manager for a test of knowledge with Complex Analytic understanding. Over process took a bit longer than expected. And I think this is standard interview process.
