Unprofessional and poor communication. Most interviewers were unprepared and chaotic. One interview went on a ten minute rant about his feelings about AI, which left no time for an actual interview. I went through multiple rounds, twice, on two separate TAM roles. Recruiter told me I was a final candidate and then... nothing. Completely ghosted.

Any manager that says a potential employee is “lacking” shouldn’t be in a management position. That is a conversation you have internally. Vague questions that were not specific.
Had the second interview scheduled which is more of a skills assessment and was rejected the day before it was scheduled. I’d say I dodged a bullet here. Absolutely amateur and a waste of the hour of vacation I used to take the interview.

2 phone calls -Recruiter (HR) to discuss expectation and triage -Manager's call -Manager's call with potential teammate + a few Telecom questions. Very specific industry. If positive, you will wait for the approval from Israel and the US. The only time in my career, I get an offer lower than the bracket advertised. Twice declined. Quite disappointed. The people I spoke with seemed nice.

It was a solid interview. There were 3 interviews total. Phone interview first. Standard interview with management second. The last was a technical interview. I had no issues throughout the process.
