Two interviews. The first one took about 3-4 weeks to complete after initial interview offer. Very casual interview and conversation with two representatives. Felt more like a “get to know you” meeting. Second interview I was flown out to HQ in Virginia where they picked me up from the airport, got me my own hotel room and booked my flight back home. Another casual interview but with more representatives. The interview carried more like a conversation during which they asked questions about your personality and working with immigration. After all of this effort to make you want to work with them, they said they would follow up within a few days. The other applicant I went with were left in the dust once we got back home. No job offer or courtesy call thanking for the interest even after leaving messages and sending emails.
