Reached out to by recruiter a few weeks after my cold application. Recruiter was incredible -- responded to inquiries each day and helped keep the process moving quickly. Could not have had a better recruiter.
They have a typical process which is a subset/mix of online assessment, live coding, and live behavioral. Standard engineering loop.
I made it about halfway through -- the reasons for not advancing were to me rather disappointing/unsatisfactory. But, so it goes. Sometimes you do well and they say no, sometimes you are not very confident in your performance and they are quite satisfied. This was one such interview which lowered my confidence in my ability to anticipate outcomes, as I thought I should have advanced.

next is the typical 4-5 hr interview day with coding, system design, behavioral, etc
standard 3 rounds of LC style coding, 1 system design, 1 behavior round. Passed all rounds but no matching team, no offer. Don't think they have a candidate pool that will keep you for a while. So make sure you have the team aligned before doing the interview; otherwise do not waste your time.

I began by speaking with the recruiter to understand the role and expectations. After that, I completed two technical coding screens. I then participated in a five-person panel interview, which included the hiring manager and involved additional coding exercises as well as a deeper discussion of system and architectural design.
