i applied and heard back within a couple of days RE: phone screen. phone screen was late ~15 minutes without any email or call. HR seemed nice, but scattered. when discussing the duties they mentioned email campaigns - which is not a direct part or responsibility of a social media role - mentioned that this was not what i was applying for (a career in social media, where i grow and learn within that industry) and was told - you have to do whatever is handed to you, email campaigns, PPC, SEO, social etc. which is closer to two full time roles than one, especially for a startup. i rejected the second interview and would not recommend for anyone with any experience in social media. if you're looking for an all hands-on deck all hours role, with no boundaries or limitations this is for you - would be good if you're very junior and looking for experience on your resume. otherwise, save yourself the trouble.

they really didn't ask too many pertinent questions - it was a lot of talking from the recruiter.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and impression of NextVR. We do have a startup environment, everyone is extremely passionate about our mission, and we are all wearing multiple hats as we grow.

Two phone screens, each about 30 minutes. Then met in the office with 6 more people for back to back interviews. All in all it lasted about 5 hours in total (we had a bit of a break in the middle)
