First applied for Customer Analytics Lead. Took 2 months for someone to reach out to me and schedule a phone screening. After phone screening, NHT decided to decline my candidacy. I re-applied for Chief of Staff position a few weeks later and confirmed a phone call scheduled for 5/7. No one called me. I called the only contact I had several times and got no answer - could not leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. Sent a few follow up emails to try and reschedule our call, but again no response. I notified NHT through their general contact form that I am no longer interested.
