The interview process was much easier than I expected. I was very excited about the role and the job description which I found on LinkedIn, and quickly applied. When I arrived, the interviewer described the job which was not at all aligned with the job that I applied for. She described that I'd be selling different client's products in Costco for 9 months before moving up to a higher level position. In my personal opinion, you do not need a college degree for this role and I was overqualified and disappointed with their false advertisement. I was also very over prepared for the interview. The interview only lasted 15 minutes and I was only asked 1 question which I thought was strange. The interviewer wanted to set up a second interview the next day, but I decided the position isn't for me and I declined.
