First I had a phone screening and then a virtual interview. It was a waste of time!! At the end of the interview he said “it would be a risk to hire you because you could hate it and quit in a day since you’re new in your career.” Um, hiring anyone is a risk in the sense they could hate it and quit in a day. Maybe don’t make it a terrible place to work then if that’s what you’re scared of? I tried to explain that I’m only looking for longevity and jobs in my field, but he proceeded to talk over me. They saw on my resume I’m finishing my bachelors (and have experience) and I’m not sure why they took the time to interview me if that’s such an issue. Also unprofessional to call me a flight risk. I have stable employment history. They never even got back to me with an answer like they said. They’re still looking for a recruiter to this day, which they won’t find because they have severe bias during the interview.
