over the phone interview, Asked basic behavioural questions like "tell me a time where you dealt with a conflict and what was the out come" they asked u answer in the STAR method. They asked what was my biggest accomplishment and have i ever had to trouble shoot before. At the end they asked if i had any questions. They were super friendly.
