i have applied for the post of Trainee software engineer with NexGeN Inventive Information Technology pvt ltd in dec 2013. i was working preveosly with same group of companies NexGeN Infrastructure Ltd as a marketing executive.
First round was technical aptitude and then face to face interview with manager.
then HR intervirew.
