Simple phone interview followed by numerical & logical tests online. Assessment centre very tough. Long intensive day. Presentation, numerical, logical, case study on engineering process to produce shampoo (bottleneck rates, etc).

Quite comprehensive interview process - 1. Standard ~30 mins phone interview; 2. Online SHL numerical test; 3. Selection Day Part 1 includes 3 minute presentation about something your passionate about, one written case study (improving a manufacturing process), 2 paper tests (one is basic maths the other is a logic-based test e.g. choose the shape that fits next in the sequence), group exercise that involved making a structure out of paper; 4. Selection Day Part 2 (for those that don't get sent home at after lunch) includes a physics/mechanics paper test and a longer case study (improving manufacturing process / improving efficiency + quantifying the opportunity) followed by a role play where you present your findings to the interviewers; 5. Final interview that includes a case study with senior management
