The interviewer reached out to give her times I would be available for a phone screening. Gave her the time frames I was available for a specific date she requested. Never received a confirmation and never received a phone call from her. 24 hours after the scheduled date/time of the interview I received an email apologizing asking if I would be available to still jump on a call. Responded with a new date and time and I still never received a call or email and it is past that date/time. If you arent intending on interviewing an applicant LET THEM KNOW SO THEY ARENT WASTING THEIR TIME PREPPING FOR AN INTERVIEW.
