Had a telephone interview with the HR representative, Supply Chain Manager and Business Development Manager. Sadly, the Supply Chain Manager was a man that I have interviewed with before for another company and we had absolutely no rapport previously so I was not expecting much of this latest interview. The HR representative was very engaging and handled the interview well. Both the Supply Chain and Business Development managers lacked any interest in the interview and did not do much to really engage with me which made the process quite akward. I've done research on the company and get the feeling that the company in general are very sexist and don't think the culture is very conducive to equality and open and honest interactions.
