Highly technical while pay was quite low. Was more interested in technical skills rather than fit at company. The interviewer also did not value time with a late arrival. I realized during the interview I wouldn’t enjoy working for them. Wouldn’t recommend

I just applied. Still waiting to hear back as I recently passed the online assessment. So far the behavior wasn't that bad, but I'm hoping that I'll get good news in the end.
About 10 interviews, focus on fit to culture and job duties. Too many interviews and process took 6 months to make offer. Many questions focused on behaviors and culture fit.
