Tracy kept sending me meeting links to book an appointment for a phone screen, but no appointments available. I’d email back stating this, no reply. After a couple weeks, she sent me an email with a time. I adjusted my calendar to make it work. 3 minutes before our call, she sent me an email saying she’s running late. She never called. 1 hour and 56 minutes later she emailed me and said “she got pulled into something and couldn’t make it” and asked to meet tomorrow. I never replied. If a company is so mismanaged they can’t make a 15 minutes phone call, imagine working for them.
