Was first going through the Screening process and the selected candidates will be contacted and being invited to the Engagement tour having a look at their most iconic projects, and the last round is Group Assessment and we been asked to do a presentation on certain topics.

Phone interview: pretty casual; they just try to know more about you then will suggest the department that they think which is suitable for you
Face to face interview: ask a lot of demanding questions - I think they focus a lot on innovation and entrepreneurship; so would be great if you prepare yourself and CV for these areas
