I was contacted by a third party for an initial video interview. The interviewer was part of a recruiting company that was working for New Profit but not actually in the organization. The call lasted 15 minutes. It was awkward and uncomfortable as my interviewer was sweaty, jittery, rushed, and incredibly distracted. The questions were pretty generic. Pay was too low for the role. I received a form rejection email a day later.
