Recruiter phone pre-screen - Recruiter reached out within 2 business days of application. Very straight forward and standard. The recruiter was very cool and easy to work with. In Person Interview #1 - Met hiring manager and one of the founders, Both were very personable and low-key, Interview questions were average. I did not walk away with a clear understanding of the role's core hours. Founder made it clear that he and the other co-founder are Christians, which can be a bit awkward as a non-religious person with core values in LGBTQ+, DEI, and reproductive rights. In Person Interview #2 - Would have been with a different member of the ELT.
