First interview is a technical test and aptitude test. Depends on the position applied, there will be technical test of JAVA or C++ . Aptitude test is standard for any technical position, there will be a time limit to answer the aptitude test. The technical test consist of subjective questions, requires some bit of code writing. After the technical test will be a face-to-face interview to assess our communication skill and personality. The feedback is fast, they will let you know if you are offerred the job within few days.
