Took quite a while to come back to me after my initial application - around 4 weeks. Interivew process from there was a lengthy process; I had 4 interviews in total ranging from Director level through to immediate colleagues. There wasn't a compentency based interiew really at all, just more of a case of people talking to you to see if they liked you - my impression is that it's a company where having a face that fits is more important than having the required skills.
