A recruiter contact me about a position on Neueda. I passed on a phone screen 1h duration with recruiter. This phone call was to check my background, experience and expectation. After that I had a skype interview with Neueda Director and a software engineer. This step was divide in two parts: HR and technical interview. The technical interview was about technologies that I have used and some computer science fundamentals. Also, two code snippets to code review. The HR part was only behavioral questions.

Entrevista
Initially had a call with the recruiter for screening. Then was given an assignment that has to be submitted within 5 days. It was to design and implement urlshortner service. The code will be reviewed by senior developers and there was a interview with 2 senior developers from the team. It was a deep dive technical interview.The interviewers were nice and friendly.

Two interviews and a coding challenge. The coding challenge was to implement a Url shortener.
This was then presented and critiqued by a senior developer. I was given to oppertunity to explain my choices and discuss alternitives.
