I didn't even apply for the position, a recruiter reached out to me. Initial screening phone call. Then 1.5 hour technical coding exercise. I passed the coding exercise. Recruiter emailed me times to speak with IT manager. I provided times I was available. Then I got ghosted no response to emails or phone calls.
