I was contacted by e-mail within days of submitting my application to this position, and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. The interview lasted 15 minutes, and consisted of the interviewer asking me about my experience, no technical questions. The interviewer was not a programmer, so I had to keep my explanation of my experience understandable.
