After applying online and completing the online tests, I was invited to complete an online interview.
During the interview a question appears on the screen and you are given a minute think about your response. You then have two minutes to give your answer.
Due to it being online there is no-one to interact with or to ask you to elaborate on certain points which is frustrating.

Short camera recorded video where you answer the questions that come up on the screen. It was quite fun.

Entrevista
There will be an interview session, where two interviewers will ask you to give examples to show your certain traits. Also, a situational task is given regarding railway safety. After the interview, it will be a presentation. In this session, the interviewer will also ask candidate to provide their right to work.

First, you need to do a 10-minute presentation with self chosen topic. After that, you will face a scenario exercise. Finally, the interviewers will ask you some behavioural-based interview questions.
