online application first followed situational test which is common sense. asking you about what would you do if anything happened at work etc...
Then online video interview. it was more stressful than i imagined but they understand that it is not easy, if you are prepared you can easily pass. most important point seeing that network rail is not only about railways , so many other things like tunnels viaducts signalling etc.. read these and speak about these in the video call , that is what they want to hear.

* You have completed a project , your next project is starting in 2 weeks time , how would you spend these 2 weeks?
* You are already working for network rail and your friend asks you about the graduate scheme , what would you say to him/her?

Entrevista
The first stage of the process is interactive assesment. Then next is a pre-recorded video interview. Final comes to the virtual assessment centre. The process took between 2-3 months. Unfortunately, I was put in reserve list despite successfully passing all the stages due to limited vacancies. Very disheartening.

Entrevista
Very simple and easy to understand. Was able to produce high quality answers because of the comfortable environement the interviewers create. Would recommend anyone applying to this position to prepare well.
The interview proccess was rubust and very simple process. Straightforward questions and interviewers were really calming. Would advise anyone who is doing this to not stress as process was relatively simple.
