In a world where a resume takes a back stage compared to Keyword search, it was a breath of fresh air when the discussion with the recruiter went beyond keywords. Who you are and what one did in their professional life and the experience was correlated to the position one applied for. Was very impressed with the overall recruitment process.

I applied online and I was contacted by a recruiter initially in the beginning of November followed by an interview with the hiring manager and three more interviews till mid December . Overall the interviews went well and the company seems to be headed in the right direction. I was hoping to hear back positive or negative but have not heard back at all. Initially figured it was holiday time but we are we into January now and while I realize companies can’t get back to each and every attendee, it would be nice to atleast give a candidate who spent so much time interviewing timely feedback. HR needs to improve response time. Ghosting someone is not cool.
